Yes , you can browse the internet with out any browser.

steps:

1.Open any windows application like MS Paint or Calculator or Notepad etc...i am choosing MS Paint and i tried in Notepad also.

2. Go to Help menu and select HELP TOPIC or press F1 , then the help dialog box will be opened.

3. Now Right click on the title bar of the help window and choose JUMP TO URL.

4. It will prompts u a text box as shown in figure now enter the website url you want to browse i.e http://www.websitename.com . and press OK.

5. now u done it enjoy :D
